Local police and the FBI continued searching for the suspect vehicle, prepared for a confrontation with desperate criminals.

Wow! I look at these crimes being committed in these older case files and the years they happened. How they talk about the border. People going back and forth as they have done for a long time for jobs. People getting caught for trying to sneak things over. People basically following the rules and doing their jobs. Sad how times have changed 😢.

Warden Petrovsky, why would you feel the need to perpetuate such hyperbole about Silverstein? Yes, he was trying to escape when the cubans released him from his cell, but he never tried to kill anyone in Atlanta or he could have. He never tried to kill any staff at Leavenworth the first time he was there. Yes, he's killed a couple inmates and a staff member at Marion who he had a personal beef with, but to make it sound like he was just a crazed guy who would kill anyone is just stupid. Anyone who knew Silverstein will tell you that.

I remember this case. I live right off catasauqua road just inside Bethlehem. To get there one must get off at the airport road exit. If you go north the airport is on the left and the state police barracks on the right. Just up the street is the borough of catasauqua. If Pat had anything to do with the katriniack murder then she’s where she belongs. Whether they ever proved her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt is another question. The evidence was almost entirely circumstantial. If she had endless money to create reasonable doubt she wouldn’t be in prison. The prosecution made much of the fact that her attorneys put her in a skin and blouse to portray a softer image. Fair enough. Defense attorneys do that. So do prosecutors. They latched onto a few gender stereotypes to portray Patricia as a tough broad. Of course we were to believe that of course she would kill a woman and child she had never met It was an attempt to portray her as unlikeable and convict her on her lifestyle. I still have a problem with this senseless death and the way it was handled
